Pastor Jay Harper is the founding pastor of Life Church Ministries. After nearly twenty-five years of Service at Williams Temple COGIC, God has given him a heart to reach the lost and disciple others. Today he leads our congregation in faithful living and community service. Pastor Jay and his wife Cathy have been serving the Lord for thirty+ years together. They have three sons, two daughter-in-laws and four granddaughters.
